DOA POLICY – (1) for DOA claims buyer must contact seller with clear photo of dead shrimp(s) in unopened bag within 1 HOUR of Australia Post-delivery. (2) DOA does not apply to lost item or shipments not delivered after 96 HOURS from Lodgement date due to transit delay caused by Australian post or if lost or missing after delivery to safe drop site as per instructions to Aust Post.
